Ayan Mukherji’s Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is every youngster’s go-to film for some inspiration. Love, friendship, travel, wedding… the film literally has everything we love to watch on the big screen and to top it all, it has Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor.
As the film completed 7 years of its release today, Deepika took to her social media to share some unseen pictures from her and Ranbir’s look test for the film. The adored on-screen couple is seen in two looks, one from the first half of the film, where they travel to Manali and the second from the wedding bit of YJHD. Deepika also shared one of her loved dialogues from the film in the caption. It reads, “Our very first look test... ‘Yaadein mithai ke dibbe ki tarah hoti hain...Ek baar khula, toh sirf ek tukda nahi kha paoge’-Naina Talwar”
Well, here’s to 7 years of Naina and Bunny who taught us that love can take you around the world and keep you grounded at the same time.
