Nayanthara is one superstar down South who gives even her male contemporaries a tough competition. The actress is known for some of her author-backed roles and she’s one of the finest that the South industry has seen. Nayanthara has won the Filmfare Award several times for her great performances in Raja Rani, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, Aramm, to name a few. Last year Katrina Kaif got a chance to work with the actress and she shared her experience about it in a recent interview.
Last year, when Katrina Kaif launched her new beauty line, she had a special campaign with some of the gorgeous women from various walks of life. The Bharat actress even shot with Nayanthara who had flown down to Mumbai for this special campaign. In a recent interview, Katrina spoke highly about the actress, “I found Nayanthara stunning as well as very strong. She comes across as a fighter. And there's also something in her… in her way of work… she's been working from a very young age and she's very meticulous. She knows her work and she is very particular. I kind of resonated with that. So when she was on set, I was telling my team that it's kind of like watching a mirror of yourself. You know when people say you’re particular but you understand why that person is like that. It was a magical day.”
