Amidst these uncertain times, it's very important for all of us to laugh every now and then and hold on to the positivity. Yesterday a random video posted by Shakti Kapoor started trending on social media. Soon he spoke to a leading daily about it.
Shakti Kapoor is seen holding a drum on his head and walking in his building compound in the video. When asked where he is off to, he replies by saying, “daaru lene jaa raha hoon (going to buy alcohol).” And the man who’s shooting the video says, “puri colony ke liye laana (get it for the entire colony)” When a daily spoke to the actor he said that he was walking in his compound when he spotted an empty dustbin left aside, he decided to put it on his head and then he even gave the instructions to the person recording the video -- I will say I am going to get alcohol and then you ask me to get it for the entire building. He further revealed that this was done to spread laughter and some happiness in these times, “Thousands of messages are coming in saying I made them smile at this hour when it is so difficult to be happy. That is exactly what I intended to do nothing else.” Well, a good laugh always comes handy in times of distress, isn’t it?
