The work in the film industry has been completely stalled because of the lockdown and the return to normalcy remains uncertain for now. However, it looks like there’s one team that is surely going to make the first move. The makers of Bell Bottom have decided to begin shooting from next month.
Bell Bottom which is backed by Jackky Bhagnani and father Vashu Bhagnani will be on floors in August. Akshay Kumar who is cast in the lead role, took to Twitter to share the news. He tweeted saying, ‘Looking forward to doing what we do best! Time we get back to work! #Bellbottom to go on floors next month.’ The actor shared a still as well, where he’s seen posing with the cast and the crew of the film. Along with Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Huma Qureshi, Jackky Bhagnani, Ranjit Tiwari and the entire team is seen in a black attire in the still. The team will be heading to the UK for the shoot and will make sure that the shoot is done with safety amidst the pandemic. Take a look at the post here.

It was just last week the makers had announced that they have roped in Vaani Kapoor opposite the actor and looks like the makers are not going to let the fatal virus dampen their spirit. Sanjay Gupta had also reported last month that he wants to start shooting his next starring John Abraham. Other filmmakers are gradually planning a safety plan and getting a schedule made to get the business back on track.
