The trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi starrer Dil Bechara dropped yesterday. And it proved to be an emotional rollercoaster for every Bollywood fan, naturally. With heavy hearts, people saw Sushant on screen for one last time as he portrayed the role of Immanuel Rajkumar Junior or Manny along with debutant Sanja Sanghi, who portrays the character of Kizie Basu.
The film’s trailer was without doubt one of the most highly anticipated ones in recent times and the numbers speak for themselves. The video surpassed the 21 million mark on YouTube just 16 hours after its release. Not only that, the trailer also had 4.5 million likes on YouTube in less than 24 hours surpassing the record held by Avengers: Endgame.
Dil Bechara is the official remake of 2014 Hollywood romantic drama The Fault In Our Stars which in turn was based on John Green’s eponymous novel. The film also features Saif Ali Khan in a key role. Dil Bechara will be available to stream from July 24.
